McCann Development Series II, LLC is a fully integrated development firm that specializes in building and managing condominium homes and high-rise residential communities. Based in New York and Florida, the company has successfully delivered homes throughout the Eastern United States.

Among McCann’s more notable Florida projects are the Ritz-Carlton South Beach in Miami and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences in Coconut Grove. In Southwest Florida, McCann not only is developing Palmetto Cove but also contributes to two other major housing projects. Oasis, in downtown Fort Myers, is a community of five 32-story condominium towers, lofts and town homes that also incorporates retail space yacht club and dry dock storage. It is being co-developed with The Related Group of South Florida. McCann’s other project is North Oaks at Cape Coral, a community of 127 lakefront single family home sites on 163 acres.
